Sandrine Elmi Hersi currently works at ARCEP (French National Authority) in the European affairs unit coordinating activities notably related to ECN/ICT sustainability, end-users’ interests and the digital divide. She has been Co-Chair of the BEREC ad-hoc Sustainability Working Group since September 2021 and has been an active member of the group since its creation. She previously worked at the French National Assembly mainly on digital and sustainability regulations and at the French Directorate for Enterprises on emerging technologies and ICT policies. She has a Master’s in Public Administration from Sciences Po Paris.
