Jaakko Wallenius is the Vice President and Chief Security Officer at Elisa Corporation, the largest telecom operator in Finland. Jaakko’s responsibilities include overall corporate security and privacy; incident, crisis management and communications; and government security relations. He has extensive experience in cybersecurity and critical infrastructure protection on national, industry, and corporate strategic levels. 

Before his current position, Jaakko held leadership positions in major customer sales, business, and service development; he is a member of several Finnish national security and resiliency-related bodies and public-private-partnership networks. 

Jaakko holds an MBA degree from the Henley Business School and an MSc degree in Telecommunications and Industrial Management from Helsinki University of Technology (Aalto University, Finland).
