Richard Feasey is currently an Inquiry Chair at the Competition and Markets Authority in the UK, where he oversees merger inquiries. He is a Senior Adviser to the Centre on Regulation in Europe, where he has co-authored reports on European telecoms and digital regulation. Until 2013, Richard was Group Policy Director at Vodafone and worked for various UK and global operators prior to that. He has over 30 years’ experience in telecoms regulation and competition policy, as applied both in Europe and globally.
