Ingrid Malfait-Guilbaud currently serves as the Director of EU Affairs at Iliad Group. She has over 20 years of experience in the telecom sector. Ingrid began her career at France’s Electronic Communications, Postal and Print media distribution Regulatory Authority (ARCEP), where she was in charge of competition matters, before moving to Brussels, initially working at the European office of Telecom Italia and later as the head of the Independent Regulators Group office. She returned to ARCEP in 2017 as the Head of Unit for EU Affairs, before joining Iliad in 2020. She holds a degree from Sciences Po Bordeaux and a Master’s in European Law from Paris II University.
