End Users Working Group
The End users Working Group develops policies that prevent uncertainty when using electronic communication services, help consumers make better-informed choices and ensure access to electronic communication services for everyone, including users with disabilities. The Working group aims at reinforcing the practical implementation of consumers’ rights by identifying and sharing best practices among the BEREC members. The Working Group also promotes consistency in applying the Directive, which ensures that consumers benefit from straightforward and better contractual relations with their providers, directly or indirectly.
