Anaïs Aubert
Deputy Head of the Economic Analysis and Digital Affairs Unit at (Arcep, France) and the Co-chair of the BEREC’s Ad Hoc working group on Sustainability

Anaïs Aubert is Deputy Head of the Economic Analysis and Digital Affairs Unit at the French Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications, Postal Affairs and Print Media Distribution (Arcep) and the Co-chair of BEREC’s Ad Hoc working group on Sustainability.

At Arcep, Anaïs is responsible for the work on the environmental footprint of digital technology. In this context, she contributed to the drafting of Arcep’s report “Achieving digital sustainability”, published in December 2020, and she co-organised and moderated the IGF 2020 workshop “Best environmental practices across the Internet value-chain” in November 2020. More broadly, Anaïs is in charge of economic analysis topics, from competition and regulatory cases to financial analysis regarding electronic communication and broadcasting sectors.

Anaïs holds a Master’s degree in European law and economics from the French “Ecole Normale Superieure” and she obtained a Master’s Degree from the Sciences Po Law School in Paris.
